Blockee is an aggregator of NFT land from virtual worlds and web3 games. The idea for Blockee was born in mid-2021 with the mission to make virtual land available to everybody, especially to traditional real estate investors who want to get exposure to virtual real estate with their portfolios.
Virtual real estate in the metaverse is booming, and its value has been proven to go up over time. Unlike generalized NFT marketplaces that sell everything, Blockee positions itself as one of the first marketplaces to solely focus on NFT land. By providing a user experience that is similar to platforms for physical real estate like Zillow or Redfin, Blockee aims to reduce the complexity of buying and selling NFT land in the metaverse.
Discovering and analyzing virtual real estate in generalized marketplaces can be difficult since they don’t have features that are common on traditional real estate platforms. One of Blockee’s main feature is the interactive map search functionality that buyers are used to from real-world real estate platforms. With an interactive map search functionality, buyers can finally see the specific location of a land parcel. Not only can they see the land’s exact location on the map, but they can also explore the areas around it and see details on any property. The map is regularly updated as the metaverse continues to grow.
Automated Valuation Models (AVM)
The next feature is the Automated Valuation Model (AVM), which provides price predictions for the virtual land. With this feature, users can easily identify the best-priced properties from all major virtual worlds and games.
Specifically customized filters and sort functions
To help users narrow down their search with ease, Blockee has custom filters for each virtual world and game, so users don’t need to do numerous search queries just to find specific land parcels in a specific metaverse.
Data Insights
Just like buying physical land in the real world, users need to have up-to-date data and insights to make an informed buying decision in the metaverse. The data might be different for each World, but it generally includes trends, market saturation, market supply, market demand, market conversions, and more.

- Release Blockee’s proprietary automated valuation models (AVM) with estimated values for virtual land from Decentraland, The Sandbox, CryptoVoxels and Somnium Space.
